Delivery Policy

PickupX, operated by LetsInvent Ventures LLP, provides on-demand goods pickup and delivery within the city by bike, auto and mini truck.

1. Service area

We currently serve Raipur, Chhattisgarh and nearby areas. The app tells you if a pickup or drop is outside our service area.

2. Delivery timelines

• Bookings are sent to the nearest available drivers immediately. Most pickups happen within 15–45 minutes, depending on driver availability and traffic.
• Delivery time depends on the distance and traffic. You can track the driver live in the app from pickup to drop.
• We don't guarantee a delivery time; delays can happen due to traffic, weather or other conditions outside our control.

3. Pickup and handover

• Someone must be at the pickup point to hand over the goods and share the START code with the driver.
• Someone must be at the drop point to receive the goods. The END code confirms delivery.
• Goods should be packed securely and be within the vehicle's capacity (shown for each vehicle in the app).

4. Charges

The fare shown in the app before booking covers transport from pickup to drop. Extra waiting, stops, tolls or loading help may cost more, as agreed with the driver.

5. Failed or incomplete deliveries

If the receiver isn't available, the address is wrong, or the goods are prohibited, the driver will contact you. The goods may be returned to the pickup point, and the return trip may be charged.

6. Damage or loss

Report any damage or missing goods within 48 hours of the trip, with photos if possible. See our Terms & Conditions for how liability works.
